It may require more than 1 phone call but this doesn't impact pricing, the further away the trip the less accurate weather and condition specific details will be so a follow up should be conducted relatively close to your trip date.

Full Trip Planning w/ Map PDF - $100

Same as Full Trip Planning with the addition of a PDF that will have a map with details marked specifically for your trip.

Notes and details from the call will also be included in the PDF file making taking notes less crucial but still encouraged.
